Do I need a site visit before getting a quote?

No — for most standard core drilling, wall sawing, and slab cutting jobs, we can provide a fixed written quote based on the information you give us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Simply describe the job, material, location, and number of holes or cut length. For larger or more complex packages, a site visit may be helpful but is not always required.

How fast will I receive my quote?

Our target is to send every written quote within 2 hours of receiving your job details — during working hours. For quotes submitted outside office hours, you will receive your quote by 9am the following morning. Emergency job pricing is provided over the phone immediately when you call our 24/7 line.

Can I send photos of my job via WhatsApp?

Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Sending photos, drawings, or videos of your site via WhatsApp allows us to assess the job accurately and quote with confidence. It also speeds up the process significantly. Our WhatsApp number is +971 50 000 0000 and it is monitored from 7am to 10pm daily.

Can I book an emergency job outside office hours?

Yes. Our emergency line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Eid, National Day, and all UAE public holidays. Our target emergency response time is 2 hours for Abu Dhabi and 3 hours for Dubai.

Can I book an emergency job outside office hours?

Are your quotes fixed or subject to change on site?

Our quotes are fixed. The price in our written quote is the price on your invoice. We do not apply on-site variations, add-on charges, or “discovered problem” upcharges. If something genuinely changes the scope of work — more holes, different material — we tell you and agree a revised price before proceeding. We never start extra work without written approval.

Do you provide insurance documents before starting work?

Yes. We can provide our public liability insurance certificate, ADNOC contractor approval, ISO certification, CICPA registration, and DED trade licence copies before work commences — on request. Most of our regular clients include these in their contractor pre-qualification files. Just ask when confirming your booking.
